I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
On large releases, order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
How long does it take for me to receive my shipment?
Once your order is confirmed you will receive your package within 3 to 4 working days.
I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 3-5 days of your purchase; this can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. All order emails will come from email@example.com.
My shipped package didn't contain all of the items that I ordered. Where is the rest?
Due to the possibility of your order being fulfilled at multiple locations, you may receive two separate packages with two different tracking numbers.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
It takes typically 3 to 4 days for your order to arrive.
Why my credit card was charged multiple times?
When you complete a checkout, your credit card company puts an Authorization for the order amount on your card. This money has not been paid to Klosmic, rather your card company has put a hold on it for you while you check out. If your address information then fails to validate (maybe your shipping and billing addresses aren't the same), then your payment will be declined. Your credit card company will release the Authorization between 2-4 business days after it is made depending on your bank. If you attempt to checkout multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times.
I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?
Yes we can combine two orders made on the same day on special request. But, make sure either one of your packages are not dispatched from our warehouse.
Why isn't my order showing up on the tracking page?
Orders that haven't been shipped or scanned by the logistics partner won't show up on the tracking page. Please allow 3-5 business days for this information to appear.
I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
Please expect a response within 24-48 hours from our representative.
What are the payment options?
You can use any credit or debits cards. Also, we do have a COD option as well.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders above Rs 500 are free of delivery costs.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship only in India. But, we are looking to expand shipping to other countries in the near future.

Yes, our products are 100% authentic and purchased directly from the brand.
I received a damaged product. What do I do?
This usually never happens but if it does do get in touch with our customer care and we’ll tell you what can be done.
I would like to return a product I purchased. Can I?
We are sorry. We don’t accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
My product smells like paint or something like that. Why?
Due to pigments or other additives in your product it can have a different scent which is quite normal. There is no reason to worry.
My order was cancelled without any prior notice. Why?
The COD orders placed on our store are dispatched only post confirmation via a call from our customer service team to the customer. This is done to avoid return of shipments back to us and to see the availability of the customer. In case there is no confirmation the orders are cancelled without any notice. Also, if the particular customer has rejected a COD order that was attempted prior then the order will be cancelled. If a prepaid order is cancelled due to lack of service to a particular pin code or if the product is not available, then , all refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
